4 Steps to Taste Wine

our grapes

Look

This step can be done in a few seconds. All you have to do is pay attention to the color, the opacity and the viscosity of the product.

our grapes

Smell

This step can be divided in 3 categories. When smelling the wine, you will look for the primary aromas (grape derivatives), secondary aromas (yeast derivatives) and the tertiary aromas that are mostly savory and come from aging.

our grapes

Taste

In this step you will detect the salty from the sweet and sour; perceive the texture of the wine and determine how long it will take for these sensations to disappear.
